This one-of-a-kind vacation cabin was family-owned and well-loved since 2008. Every room reflects a deep passion for Lake Tahoe.
Our #1 concern is making sure that, ten years from now, you and your favorite people will meet over a bottle wine and reminisce about your stay here at this cabin. From bocce in the backyard and bumper pool / poker table in the Great Room, and adventure-filled days on the water or the slopes, a Famous Cabin vacation will stick with you.
New Luxury in South Lake Tahoe
In 2015, we completely transformed our property into a show-stopping 5-bedroom vacation home. Luxury-rustic Tahoe living and above-and-beyond amenities are at the heart of the design, with 3 stunning floors of living space, 2 separate living areas, and room to sleep 10 guests.
Each room combines cozy, lodge-style comfort and high-end convenience. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, then enjoy together in the stylish dining area. After a day on the slopes at Heavenly Mountain Resort, gather around the fireplace in the family room.
Of course, Tahoe is far from a winter-only destination. In the warmer months, our cabin opens up to the great outdoors with deck and balcony space, plus a games-ready backyard with beanbag toss and a bocce court.
Meanwhile, our light-filled Great Room is the perfect hangout spot, with comfortable couches, a massive 75” HDTV, bumper pool, poker table, juke box, and a wet bar. In fact, we have not one but seven HDTVs + Apple TVs, so there’s no need to fight over the remotes!
Bringing the kids? We’re pretty sure they’ll want to spend most of their time on the 3rd floor. This tucked-away loft is accessible by a spiral staircase and boasts a foosball table and another HDTV.
In-Town Location
Guests almost always comment upon our location! We’re in the heart of the South Shore, right across the street from El Dorado Beach… and just 5 minutes away from Heavenly Mountain Resort. The surrounding area also offers fantastic opportunities for hiking, biking, boating and fishing.
